Customer Service

Customer service is available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Technical and engineering support is available between 10am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, or outside these times by appointment. Technical support and customer service messages are monitored outside these hours and at weekends, and on-call technicians are available 7 days a week for emergencies. To report a fault, call the Service number below and leave a message with your full contact information and the nature of the problem. Problems will be dealt with promptly and on an as-received basis.

During the peak move-in/move-out periods in June and September, Customer service, the office and technicians work extended hours to deal with the increased workloads. These times will be posted as they become effective.
